Compliance in itself doesn't necessarily make your organisation secure; rather security by design and security embedded into business as usual, combined with a pragmatic and well-managed risk management framework will.

I strongly believe in customer awareness combined with the use of technological innovation is the best approach to remain one-step ahead of the fraudsters.  None of today's security issues have an simple solution: they require both a human and technology response.
